Where do you go for books?
Ok I've been looking around to see who had the best prices on books as I'm looking for 3 or 4 specific books and they seen to be pricey. I know, I know, me reading a book, possibly the joke of the year. But since I'm new to this whole buying books online thing I want to make sure I get the best price just in case I have to buy a hooked on phonics kit as well. Thanks ahead of time everybody.

I get my books all digital now. I read them on my iPad and you can hold thousands of them on the computer. I also find them for very cheap on the internet. What type of books are you looking for?

Low,
I found a PDF copy of the first book by Champion, I couldn't find the other one, not very common. The copy could be better, basically some guy has just photocopied every page of the book. PM me your e-mail address and I will send it to you. It would be good to look at if you are undecided about purchasing the book.
Cheers

Re: Where do you go for books?
If you're talking about real BOOKS the absolute best place to go is www.abe.com. ABE stands for American Book Exchange. It is a network of used book stores. You can get any book you are trying to find, no matter how rare. Prices are usually a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere, including shipping.
I'm big on 1960's and 1970's spy books...this is the place to go.
Hands down, your best resource.

http://www.worldcat.org/ Find items in libraries near you. You might find what you want at the library if you don't plan on keeping the book. This one looks interesting too==> http://www.librarything.com/ Look at this link http://www.librarything.com/work/1355247. I don't know what it cost but I found it here. I don't know what your zip code is but this link shows the nears library to me where this book is http://www.worldcat.org/title/how-to-build-a-cheap-sports-car/oclc/61228828&referer=brief_results
