PC buying help

Hey guys, my lads are looking to buy a gaming computer. They want to be able to play games like Skyrim, Assassins Creed 3, and Far Cry 3 on maximum settings. I'll be honest, all of the hardware specs are gibberish to me. I only vaguely understand what stuff means. We've researched and compared but still need some reassurance that we're making a wise purchase.

Here's a summary of what we came up with from CyberPower (Holiday Special 1) at a cost of $878 with windows 7:

This all checks out with the max system requirements for the games I listed but any and all advice will be welcome!
