Cleaning out the garage Empty Cleaning out the garage

Post by joekorn Thu Mar 29, 2012 3:03 pm

My car hoarding is becoming a serious detriment to finding something quickly to race, so I'm clearing out my garage (yeah, I suppose 522 cars is a bit much). If anybody has a particular car they would like/need, just let me know and it's yours. I have extra Lambos, Ferraris, even a spare 250 here or there, as well as a ton of cheaper stuff I just don't race. Most of them even have a base tune. I know we have some guys that play Forza a bit less than me and probably don't have many credits yet, so would be happy to help. First come, first served.

Edit: I also have plenty of extra credits, so if I don't have extra of something I can still buy it and send it over. My wife dutifully pointed out that unless I can use Forza credits to buy a new roof, bigger house, etc., there's not much reason to hang onto them.

I've been thinking about picking up a Lambo Murc/Aventador/Gallardo08West, Ferrari F40/F50/Enzo/FF/512TR/355Berl, Bugatti Veyron 16.4, BMW Z4 sDrive35is/M6, or any Panoz.... I'll take ownership if you are willing to part with them! Wink

LOL

My cheap ass hasn't gotten it yet.

Funny, don't really buy that many cars. Got the 50 from the rewards. And I think I've picked up only a couple extras since (club races included).

I'm with Low on the Ferrari's. I'll also take any BMW's and of course if you have any Toyotas you don't want that I may not have yet I will take as well lol. Also feel like I am getting more into the Muscle cars so any old school muscle you don't want.

I've been looking for a Ferrari F50, a Jag XJ220, a Gumpert, and a Mosler, so if you're looking to get rid of any of those, I'll be more than happy to take them off your hands!

Sent Lou some stuff, will try to send more tonight. My game time will be pretty limited for the next week with the roofing project kicking off today, and when I am on at night it will probably be with my brother-in-law/cheap laborer.

I was always wondering if Joe left his xbox on in the auction house or if he really was a bargain hunter. It seems 522 cars explains everything lol.

I forgot to put this in my last post, but I would also like any Koenigsegg extras that you have and a Mercedes CLK GTR if you have them. Thanks

Very Happy Both actually, I often leave the auction house up during the day, take a peek in every now and then when the little guys have tuckered me out.

I used to do this thing where I would just bid on things...and then decide not to buy it last minute, and the person fighting with me would end up paying more than they would've if I just didnt bid in the first place Razz

On topic though, If you by any chance have an FXX, F50 GT, Veyron SS, R8 LMS...I'd be willing to buy them from you for cheaper than dealership prices:) if you were willing to part with them of course!

Just an update, I'll still take care of all of you who have posted, but as explained elsewhere I'll likely not be playing Forza again until next week. Making good progress on replacing our roof, tear-off complete and 1/4th shingled! Seriously beat up and tired, but well worth the $$$ I'm saving. Just too tired to race right now, plus I'd have no brakes due to a few unfortunate incidents involving a hammer and my left index finger Sad
