(It seems like I'm getting the SLS as pre-order bonus. Would've preferred the 458, but the SLS is nothing to complain about )

I'm getting the 370Z... I'm thinking we get regular cars for pre-order... You'll be able to grab the 458.... I'd prefer the 458 as well, but I'm not ordering from a retailer I do not like for a car...

Has anyone ordered it from Best Buy U.S. online?

Are they sending out the code for the challenger right away?

I believe there is a 2 day lag with Amazon orders. I got my original code right away since I initially put in my preorder as soon as they announced the title. I expect to get another one soon. If you need the code but don't want to transfer your order, I can give you my second one.

Sounds like you have this worked out with nub but if anyone else is curious, I got my code right away.

Still no code, but I contacted Amazon support who told me to wait 2 days. If it's not here by Monday I'll bug them again.

In other news, I preordered Black Ops 2 because I hate myself, those around me, and life in general, and I RECEIVED MY WALLPAPER RIGHT AWAY. WHAT AN INCENTIVE. I CAN'T WAIT TO...um...APPLY IT...or something.

Anyone wanting the SLS (BestBuy pre-order)... they will prob not email your code out immediately. Customer service originally told me they were sending codes sometime soon (before launch) but I got conflicting stories from Forza.net so I went for it... with no luck. I'd suggest amazon now that they have LCE.

Anyone else getting excited yet? I wasn't even sure on this game at first, I thought it was going to be a NFS style arcade racer with point-to-point tracks that make it look real-world.

But the more they reveal the more I am drooling over this game!

I'm a little hesitant when they mentioned that they had to "tweak" the physics a little to allow for the driving they wanted in the guy. But I'm no too scared I'm sure I'll enjoy it a ton. What I'm really hoping for is a huge open world...I remember doing the last race around hawaii in TDU2 and it took almost an hour to get around the perimeter of the island at racing speeds, that's the kind of scale I'm hoping for in this game!

Even better, my older sister decided she'd get the LCE for me as a birthday gift! But...since she got it I don't think she managed to get the Golf R powerup rewards member bonus, but that's alright!

I'm really looking forward to it. I was doing some of the "King of the Hill" races on the Events list a couple of nights ago and that's what I imagine Horizon to be like- racing through traffic. So much fun!

I can't wait! Like a conditioned rat I go and check out the new car reveals every day.

The one thing I've been yearning for in FM is to just take a car I love and cruise. I spent many, many hours playing the first TDU despite its dodgy physics and temperamental handling (not to mention suicidal traffic police, confused supercar owners and sweaty models) because it was such a great concept. And some of the Colorado vistas in Horizon border on breathtaking.

I'm really looking foward to taking pics in horizon too..it'll have the familiar forza photomode, but we'll have night time phototaking too!

I'm starting to get more and more excited about Horizon... We are a club of average Joes and road rallies are right up that ally... I'm thinking we can run between both games.... Series races in FM4 and one-off events in FH.... AS long as the cheese factor is not too high and there's not a lot of asshats ruining everyone else's experience, it should be FUN!!

Nighttime photos will be awesome, but not as awesome as first pic I hope to take, flying off one of the aforementioned vistas in a million dollar supercar
