Do Vinyl Groups import? Empty Do Vinyl Groups import?

When switching from FM3 to FM4, the game automatically imported vinyl groups saved in FM3. Is that feature still present in FH? While there's less of an emphasis on race-style painting, I would still like to have my collections of tuner stickers since those are still fairly prevalent in street racing style paints.
