Xtreme Skills Formula Calculator!!!!
I've been using (and still use) Slave Munky's FM4 Tuning Calculator, but I also wanted to use the Xtreme Skills formula outlined in VVV Worm's tuning guide. I created an Excel SpreadSheet that calculates spring rates using the Xtreme Skills formula. The link is below. I have portected the sheet to protect the formulas, but you can unlock it if you wish.
BiggLou55's Xtreme Skills Calculator
The Last row on the sheet is for setting a custom multiplier if you want to use one other that the incremental ones I've included in the sheet...
Enjoy and please let me know if you have any questions...

Re: Xtreme Skills Formula Calculator!!!!
Might have to try this. The slave munky output w/o adjustment is always too soft, maybe this is better.

Adjusted my Mugen Civic using the xtreme skills and slave munky calculators together. Tweaked both to get the car where I needed it to be......result was a full second shaved off my lap time at Suzuka

I think you will find the output from this calculation even softer but can you not up the arb's to compensate? I find the slave monkey output sets the springs too hard and it skates around as a result...
I shared the same calculation via a google docs spreadsheet:

Re: Xtreme Skills Formula Calculator!!!!
I agree that the Base Spring Rate from Xtreme Skills is way too soft, but, per VVV Worm's advice, if you use a multiplier between 1.5x and 2.0x you will get a really good spring rate. The thing that the Xtreme Skills formula does that Slave Munky's does not is take into account changes in ride height and downforce. Using Xtreme Skills and trying out different multipliers helps me dial in the spring rate. Once the SR is set, ARBs, Rebound and bump are MUCH easier to dial in.
