Adding to the calander Empty Adding to the calander

Unless I've missed something you unfortunately cannot add more than one event to the calender per post, therefore multiple posts are required to post all events to the calender. To prevent spam clogging up the forum, use this space to create a new topic for each race so that it can be added to the calender. Please do not reply to posts in this section. If you want to ask about the series, or a particular race in the series, use it's thread in the series section.

Ensure your timezone settings are correct in your profile settings. This ensures when people in a different time zone read it, it will give them the time in their country.

To make things easier, use this template to post events to the calander
Name of Series,
Race 3 of 5 (Example)
Date Time Timezone
Circuit
Number of Laps, including qualifier if necessary
Link to Series thread

Adding to the calander Empty Re: Adding to the calander

Since we have some new folks on the forum, I've given this a bump and made it a Global Announcement.

All... If you are scheduling Club races, Monthly Series races or anything else for the club, please make sure you put it on the Calendar! Also... Check the Calendar daily for new and upcoming events. All of the MAy Series races are on the calendar, as well as the two scheduled club events in May...

You don't need anyone's permission to start put together a club race. Just post your idea, and if there is enough interest, put it on the schedule....

Scheduling.... For North America folks, it looks like between 9:30pm and 10:30pm EDT works the best as a start time. For the Euro crew, it would seem to be between 8:00 and 9:00 London time...
