Cars We'd Love to See as DLC (but won't likely see the light of day)
Yes, when I saw the Dodge Omni in the January expansion pack I had to reboot my Xbox to make sure I wasn't dreaming (or having a nightmare). I could actually hop out of my Testarosa and hop into my Omni. I thought I had seen everything. Till March came along and...viola...the 1966 Country Squire. Now, THAT took balls.
But it got me thinkin'...what are some of the cars you'd like to see in a DLC, but are not likely to? I'll start us off with a few...But list yours, and why you think it ought to make the cut.
1977 Plymouth Fury...you know you want to see it in Hazard County's finest livery. It is one of the most iconic police cars EVER
1975 Dodge Monaco...similar pedigree to the Fury, except it is the preferred mode of transportation for those 'on a mission from God'. If they can put it in Driver San Francisco, they can put it in Forza.
1969 Mercury Montego...two reasons. 1. The Cougar is lonely in the Mercury garage...it needs a sibling. But more importantly...2. If you're going to include the Mopar Superbird, you HAVE to have David Pearson's Montego to go up against it. It makes no sense to have the Superbird without any of its contemporaries in the shed; this is a huge oversight. The Superbird and the Montego head to head on Sedona's oval...way cool.
And something from Europe...
NSU TT or Ro 80: You can put em in the Audi garage...that's what they changed their name to. The TT was a ralley icon. The Ro 80 heralded the rotary engine long before the RX-7
Ok folks...add your dream cars.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
Classic...these cars would be a blast in soccer, or tag....

Re: Cars We'd Love to See as DLC (but won't likely see the light of day)
1972 Cosworth Chevy Vega...Hey, if they put the Pinto in, they really should include the Vega. It certainly had a better racing pedigree than the Pinto. Shelby had the good sense not to put his name on a Pinto to go up against the Cosworth.
TVR Chimaera/TVR Griffith (mid sixties AND early 2000s)...Cerberra aside, TVR made some gorgeous cars. The later Griffiths were basically a Miata with a stiff upper lip. The earlier models would be a great race against a stock AC Cobra.
Triumph and MGs...sure, a pregnant slug was faster but there was no hipper way to go 40 mph than in a sixties-era British drop top (if you could actually get the thing started!). Yeeaaahhh, Baby.
How 'bout it...any others out there? C'mon...

A Triumph Stag would be great!
I'd love to see the Ariel Atom line, KTM X-Bow, Caterham 7, and the full line of Factory Five Kit Cars (Daytona, Cobra, 33 Rod & GTM) including the yet to be released 818 (rear engine using a 1999-2007 WRX doner!)
I'd like to see the new Subaru BRZ (US) and the Toyota (EU/Asia models) (and I guess the Scion FR-S as well). I was hoping they were going to be in the April DLC. Hopefully they will hit sometime this year.
The Ford Mustang Boss 302 Leguna Seca, 2012 GT500 and new Shelby Cobra (1000), New Lotus lines, and the Mercury Marauder.
I'd like to see some more race cars... Namely cars from the American Le Mans and Grand-Am series as well as some F1, Indy and other open wheel cars. That would be hella fun...
Except for a few cars that have a lot to choose from, I'd love more body kit options. I'd also like to choose which front kit to apply the splitter to.
Re: Cars We'd Love to See as DLC (but won't likely see the light of day)
The Stag would be cool. And that Caterham 7 is an amazing car. Talk about power to weight ratio!
I think the BRZ should be interesting but I'll miss the boxer engine and AWD. That's the heart and soul of Subaru. I drive an Impreza Outback in the real world. Love the thing...but not the citations I've received since buying it three years ago.

So the May Top Gear Car Pack is out and it includes that icon of 1970's automotive excellence...the AMC Pacer. Think of it...rolling that thing on Maple Valley. That high center of gravity...all that glass!
It did remind me of another car I'd love to see but doubt we will...the AMC Rebel (preferably 1970). It was the butt ugliest of the muscle cars but it had a unique charm. And could really haul A$$.

Re: Cars We'd Love to See as DLC (but won't likely see the light of day)
My list
- 1982 Ford Mustang GT. Not just because it was my first car, but because it was the first year they started putting the 5.0 back in the stangs.
- 1G DSM. They look way better than the later Talon/Eclipse's and they had a 6 bolt.
- Monza and or Vega. I have a 79 Vega with a small block and have heard some history on them. Couldnt give them away back when they came out, cant get one for cheap now.
- AMC Gremlin. Similar story as the Vega and Monza.
- Ill wait to call out my Porsche list until the pack comes out
- B13 Sentra. Great cone dodging car. Light, small, and so so power
- 1974 Honda Civic. Iconic. Honda Bob drove one of these little cars and really started the Hondas in amateur racing and started to dethrone the Nissan and Datsun racers. Awesome story behind this little car if anybody has some reading time. http://www.hondatuningmagazine.com/features/0704_ht_1974_honda_civic_1200/viewall.html

Re: Cars We'd Love to See as DLC (but won't likely see the light of day)
I don't understand why the 1995 Le Mans-winning F1 GTR isn't in the game. I upgraded and painted an F1, which looks close enough, I guess, but it isn't quite right. Plus, you can't install a roll cage. But I don't want to complain, because I'm just so glad that the stock F1 is finally in Forza (not too fond of the long-tailed ones).
I would also love to have a Porsche 356 - that is such a cool car. And that Mercedes SL that Richard Gere drove in Intersection (I think). I don't know what year or model it is.
