Cant share to clubgarage?

Ok, maybe it is a stupid question. But I have Forza4 just a couple of weeks now. I want to share a custom painted car in the club garage (I bought the paintdesign, didn't make it myself). But if I want to share the car in the clubgarage the game says the car is not available for sharing at that moment (or something like that). Has this something to do with the design I bought for this car?

Its because the design is locked. you can't share locked designs in the club garage

You cannot share anything that you did not create yourself.... Your car will be locked from Gifting, Selling and Sharing if you have a locked design, vinyl or tune on your car.

Locked means you picked up the tune, vinyl or design from the storefront OR you purchased a car from the auction house.

It can be frustrating, but as a tuner and fledgling designer, I appreciate that the stuff I have on my Storefront or I sell in the auction house will not be altered!

Similarly, if you buy a tune, and put it on a car, you can't share that typically because it will be locked as well. If you tune or paint it yourself, you can share it no problem.
