Multiple club team race series

I was thinking that it would be fun to do a race between multiple clubs. what we would do is create a post in the "community sponsored event in the community calendar" thread and we should get a lot of people to join. Here are a couple of my ideas:

1. Tournament series - Race for the other team's cars. 8 clubs to participate, 1 club vs. another at a time. total times for each club member on a team will be added together and the lower total club time wins. Teams will consist of 4 or 8 club members

2. Race series - Kinda like the series race, except teams of 4 club members will race against other teams of club members. 16 total teams will compete, 4 races to decide the winner. 30 minute races. scoring system will be 64 points for 1st place, 63 for 2nd and so on. club members' points will be added together for a team total and the team with the highest total at the end of the series wins

Right now? I dunno if I can handle any more stuff in game.... With the July series around the corner, an August series to get ready, and a few other things, I just don't know...

Now... That's me... I think it's a GREAT idea, and I'd be happy to assist with tunes, but as far as racing goes, I'm out (not that I'm all that good, but out nonetheless)....

Sounds like fun! If we could get enough people to consistently participate I think this would be a fun way to get our club out there..

This sounds great. I'd be in. Time permitting. I'm moving in August so I may end up missing a race or two out of our monthly series.

Are you guys ok with doing Super GT?

That's fine, 4 sounds great for amount of drivers. We need a dedicated painter & tuner.

I could paint and I think lou was going to give us a lesson on tuning so I think we are good.

I am going to make it one of the rules that your team must drive the same car, so which one would you guys like to drive?

I'm going to create a thread on the FM4 forums for this later today and we will hopefully be able to get enough teams to sign up.

Egads, Camino is a tight track. But whatever you pick is good.

Why not sunset, full circuit?

To me, hands down a track that has everything, speed cornering braking and accel. Amazing track and that infield is smooth.

sounds good, are you guys ok with running one of the nissan GTRs? I already have a decent tune for it and a tweakable design that we can use
