Missing Buttons On the Forum Webpage???

Is it just me or are you guys not able to see any of the "buttons" (that are really image files with a hyperlink)? Instead of the button I just get all these little broken page symbols. I even looked at the html code for the page and went to the image source's url address on a new tab and it gives me a 404 error.

Here's what I see when I look at the forum (taken yesterday but it still looks the same):

are you using a different browser? I wasn't able to see sniper's pictures on internet explorer, but when I switched to google chrome I was able to see them... thats really all I can think of...

Now that I am home it seems to work fine (on my same work laptop). It looked like that with all browsers, on my phone, and my macbook. Must be something to do with my office's network... Usually the only things blocked are things to do with gambling or tobacco. I could probably watch hardcore adult videos, but I can't read reviews on cigars or check the lotto numbers. It's our 3rd party IT co, not my boss haha... he doesn't care in the slightest.
