The wife was actually kind of excited at the idea of going out at midnight so I got the game tonight after all. Works out well since the boss scheduled a team lunch tomorrow.

I'm not sure why, but the GameStop receipt also has a code on it for a 2010 VW Golf Type R. I'm not sure where that came from.

Just got an email this morning. Apparently I didn't change the address on my account. It's shipping to my old house. Hopefully the mail forwarding works. Otherwise, I gotta stop by their place tonight in the hopes that the guy will be nice enough to give me my package.

So my wife is super awesome and sent me to the store for medicine. She calls me while I'm there and says "hey I put money in your wallet for that game". Don't know if I should play it or take her to the bedroom lol

I played for about 30 minutes last night, enough to redeem all my codes and race through the first event. I also checked out the multiplayer menu which has a race type option of "free roam". I'm stupid happy about that.
In bed by 2am to be woken up at 3:40am by a work call. Needless to say I'm a little...over-caffinated this morning.

NUUUUUUUUU. Since my sister doesn't know too much about all this video game stuff, she just preordered it from gamestop...and they dont have sweet shipping deals, so I'll be expecting Forza Horizon to arrive next week.

I remember the days of being on-call! I definitely do NOT miss them! I'm like Roger Murtaugh in "Lethal Weapon"... "I'm too old for this shit!" I haven't been on-call (for incident control and manager escalations) since December, and I'm just now getting readjusted to not needing to have my phone with me every waking minute! LOL...

I have a Dr. Appointment at noon (central), and hopefully it will be here when I get back...

picked up the LCE this morning in between classes, now i'm skipping one to get some play time in

figures there's dashboard update problems today. thankfully it was only a slight delay, i just downloaded it onto a flashdrive.

Its kinda sad I know but I have to wait till my b'day to get FH (Friday). Today is my wife and I anniversary and seeing how we purchased a new washer and dryer and celebrated last Friday. I think it would be a good thing to wait. I need my financial advisor to be happy. I will get forza horizon oh yes I will get it.

I am driving an Aventador all ready from the loyalty cars but I will probably sell them and play legitimately.

We almost never have long meetings at work but sure enough we had one today. I didn't get out until an hour later than usual. Bastards!
