Forza 5 - 360 or next generation xbox?

I was searching through the FM4 forums and stumbled upon a thread discussing whether Forza 5 would be released for the current 360 or a new xbox system that is supposed to be released later in 2013. I just wanted to know what you guys thought would be likely to happen. I probably won't be getting forza 5 if it only comes out on the new xbox because I am not going to be able to drop $400+ on a new system just to play one game...

I will give up eating fast food, steak and ice cream if that's what it takes for me to be able to afford the new Xbox. However, I think I heard that the 720 (apparent code name) will probably be delayed until 2014.

I will break out my emergency credit card if I have to but I'll have to pull the trigger one way or the other. The 360 is over 7 years old now... it's time for an upgrade!

My 360 is from November 05'

They could pull a NFS Most Wanted (Xbox and Xbox 360) and make it for both. If the "720" comes out this year.

I really hope this is true. I just got my xbox about a year and a half ago...

I'm pretty sure the new consoles will hit next year... The new Wii just hit the street and that's usually a leading indicator that Microsoft and Sony are almost ready as well.... Hopefully they are using recent gen graphics from AMD and nVidia... Last time the Xbox and PS released with already outdated GPU and CPU....

As for the next FM title, it will be released in October 2013. Turn 10 has stated as much with the release of Horizon.... Will it be on the Next Gen platform? Yes, as long as it it releasing at the towards the end of 2013....
