Re: in the wild!
There's normally 1 parked in the mall near here on display...but I did see one the other day parked on the street somewhere near my college. Totally didn't realize what it was until I took a second look. Very interesting looking car!

Re: in the wild!
I think I'm spoiled living in the San Francisco Bay Area... the county I just moved out of has a Ferrari/Maserati dealership and when I drive my wife to work on occasion we pass a Lambo/Lotus dealership. Ferraris, Astons, and Lotus Elises and Evoras are pretty common, Lambos and high-end 911's are only a little less (even if most of the Lambos I see are Gallardos, though my wife saw a Murc SV on the Golden Gate Bridge... with one of its wheels having fallen off due to the driver going to fast over one of the seams in the deck). Ford GT's are about a once-a-month event, as are Audi R8's.
Living just over the hill from Sears Point/Infineon raceway probably doesn't hurt matters, either.
Shelby Daytona Coupes, though, are definitely still quite rare as I've never seen even a kit live. We still don't see that many *true* "exotics", either.

Re: in the wild!
Wow Jason you're lucky! I've seen my share of Maseratis and Bentleys...There's usually a GTR down the street from me, or on the highway. I actually got cut off by a white GTR earlier today that was pushing about 100 on the highway weaving through traffic.
The nicest car I've seen in person that was on the road is probably an F355 spider that passed by on the road as I was withdrawing money from the ATM.

I've seen a matte grey Mercedes SLS AMG drive down my street and i've also seen, i almost crapped myself when i saw this thing, a Ferrari Enzo driving around town. And one last thing, any of you hard rock listeners, Sully from Godsmack used to drive around my town in his Gold SL500 Mercedes.

NICE! I've actually driven an SL600...many years ago. Was renting a room from a woman in London ON, and her boyfriend had one. Wanted to go grab some McD's one night and he was behind me in the driveway. When I asked if I could get him to move his car, the threw me the keys, said, just take mine.
....pause....'OKAY!'
Nothing like having your late night junk food dropped out of the drive thru window to your car.

ok, I saw a few pretty cool cars in Massachusetts, but I didn't get any pictures. heres what I saw:
a caterham (not sure which model, they all look the same)
a Mercedes SLS AMG
TONS of saabs (the 93 is a cool car in my opinion)
a few Mercedes C class Estates
some BMW 5 series estates

I think a Caterham would be insanely fun to drive...

You of course have seen the Top Gear episode where Clarkson, Mays and Hammond try to build one before the Stig can drive one from the factory to the race track right?

Re: in the wild!
Sometimes 'In The Wild' you find something so ugly, you feel compelled to report on....
And so, I present you:
Not a great shot, but yeah, that's a Chevy Impala, rolling on....I don't know what.

Re: in the wild!
That reminds of the third generation (80s era) convertible Camaro I saw the other day with ginormous, blinged out wheels. It looked so incredibly stupid I didn't know whether to laugh or puke!

Re: in the wild!
LOL wow beef nice. I've seen the same model car around my neighborhood. Bright shiny blue, with Rims a little bigger than those but it's not jacked up as high.
Maybe since it's blue it's associated with the Crips I have living in my neighborhood though. Idk! I'm not making any assumptions though.

...fair enough. Look, have daughters...if Lou hasn't done it yet, his time will come. Turns out it really throws some people for a loop...and it quite fun to mess with people's heads...so I just kept doing it....even got some for Father's Day...
