Viper Release

So the SRT Viper is supposed to drop into game tomorrow...and while it's always great to have a new car, I'm just oddly kinda 'meh' about this one....just me?

It looks like the rest of the Vipers... The Viper styling has always been Meh to me... The performance on the other hand is where they are not so Meh!

We shall see...

I can't wait to get this one. I haven't cared for the viper styling since they first came out with the GTS but this one looks amazing in my opinion

I love Vipers. Still sad that they cut the 1999 one that was in Forza 3 But this one looks great. Can't wait! Plus Autovista I just hope they add the (FM liveried) racing version at some point, because apparently it's not going to be in this pack and it looks really cool.

Edit: I'm an idiot. Just saw it's there after all I just never bought it and got confused ...

Spent some time with it this AM...it's pretty good actually.

And to alleviate some frustration, for whatever reason, Viper is now it's own car manufacturer =) ...took me 2 downloads and some wtf's before I figured it out

Did all of the Vipers move there or just the new one?

Just the new one. It's strange....but so be it.

Dunno if it was just a game design thing where they had no space and had to put it under a new manufacturer, or what...I've never developed a multi-million dollar game, so kinda grasping at straws as to 'why'.

It's a good handling car, feels great in S class. The Autovista is NICE...but all of them were. Clarkson obviously does not do the dialog on it, it's the other announcer, still really good tho'.

Still maintain, KOTT...the ALMS version, Road America with Farnbacher....fingers crossed

Read in this month's Automobile or Motortrend... Chrysler has split off Viper to it's own brand like they did with RAM for the trucks... I Guess Fiat (with it's many many many euro brands) want to split into many many many US brands as well...

I just used it on Le Mans and went 236mph its a very fast car handling is also good
