Leader boards. Going for 1st in the world.
So just earlier today i was running laps watching a few ghosts and running 1:16:438 on Road Atlanta. Leader board time is a 1:15:xxx.
I'M DEF GOING TO PASS THAT SHIT UP.
Plan is, I'm going to practice on the time, and get some U2SC paints and put it on my Mosler, and other cars that I'm going to participate in the leader boards with and get us up there. After I paint up the car with some designs, I'm planning on getting top 5 for all the R3 tracks, then moving my way down to S then A.
BTW i rated and downloaded almost all of everyone's vinyls/tunes.

I used to hotlap for Tuners on the TM in the FM4 forums...If any of the guys in the club are tuning any cars that are top 100 capable I'll do my best with Viagra to start invading the LBs with the U2SC club tag!
If we could get Chaos in on this too that'd be great..that dude is seriously quick.

Ya, I've been on the storefronts of the guys who have the top leader board times, getting there tunes to try and race them and get close. Idk if they mess with the setup or it's actually the right one. But, I'm going to try them out and keep pushing.

I know I won't be able to get a top 100 time, but it would be fun to see how much I can improve my lap. I'm going to try this too

I'm not sure if I can tune for a top 100... But I will let you guys know if I think I have one!

Could easily do this, with the correct feedback and help from a driver.
You could def get top 100, just go to someone's ghost watch it and correct yourself. Easy squeezy

Huh, might be interesting to run a sort of "most improved" leaderboard series. Pick a track at the start of a week (or a month) and post the current club times, then the person to knock the most off (either raw time or percentage, if there's a way to figure that out) wins and picks the next track and class.
It would definitely be a series weighted more towards the slower racers (I know I've knocked upwards of 10 seconds off of some of my recorded lap times while practicing for series occasionally) but could be fun...

Viagra... Let us know what car, class and track you want to start with... I'll work on a tune for you and Mark... You guys just give me feedback...

We were doing that a couple of months ago. I think it was Hotdog that started it up. A track was picked and class and everybody in the club had a week or two to improve your LB times on the track. Gifting of first, second and third vinyls were given out. It seemed only a handful of us would try it and it kind of died.

It does Bob.... It does... I do the same when I have time.... Rivals are fun when you are just trying to do your best...!
Re: Leader boards. Going for 1st in the world.
I was going to put up a new topic for getting high up on the leaderboards but then I found this. Does anyone want to have a pick up lobby and try to get our club up on the leaderboards?

I have been doing this for R3 class and I have already moved the club up 1 position on the leaderboards and improved our overall time by about a minute

I don't think I will get a clean lap at fujimi or the nurburgring...Red Sniper 213 wrote:It is so hard staying on the damn road at Nurburgring!
heres an idea: each of us picks a class to run that we feel comfortable racing in, that way we improve our club and we don't have to waste days doing every single class
