I beat it but only by a little in an Evo X. Im not the greatest driver but i got a 1:24.724

Alright back to the drawing board with a new car. The other car understeers like a mother.

Wait do you have to beat both times to get the unicorn?

Not going to bother with this one...only need one of the unicorns in the list, and it's in last place in the voting. Rather spend my time working on last FM4 achievement...Bucket List

Not that you NEED unicorns. But setting the time isn't too difficult it seems. I used Frank's tune from last month. Upgraded the engine to get to A class and away I went. Frank's set a 1:20 and I dunno what he's done with it.

So far (and this is going to bite me in the ass) it's not proving as difficult as last month's.

ugh, tha mines R34 is winning... I would be fine with it, but it isn't something I'm going to work very hard for...

Sorry, I meant more what beef said....I put up a time, and I'll prolly go back and give it another try with wheel, but not really going to 'work' on this one.

Sigh ... wish the Shelby could put in a monster final effort ...

I hear ya, I have had rotten luck with acquiring new unicorns lately. A couple of weeks ago I posted a comment on one of Johnny's forums and was given an RX-7, only to get a second one with the Fuelish bounty. Then we all received the club unicorn, I picked the Scuderia and the VIPs received the S204. Well this week I was gifted a second Scuderia and a second S204. I have over 20 unicorns but still missing a couple for the set. In this rival I need the Lambo or GT500 but both are losing to the Mine's...ugh.

I got the lambo somewheres. Can't remember where though. Want the 430.

He still hasn't improved. Maybe he will today.

I only need the R32, and the Mugen Civic...neither of which I'm 'dying' for...have the ones that I really wanted, but would be nice to make complete set. I wish there was some way to gift unicorns, take the economy right out of it, if that's what you are worried about, just make them giftable.

Still no update? People are going to be pissed if he drops something like a 2:19 with such a short amount of time to go. I've been holding off because I wanted to see what his final run was before devoting a lot of time and effort.

Edit- Yes, I meant 1:19!

And yeah, I'll be a little upset as well, since that's VERY fast!... I have not had the time to run this that much.. I know I can shave at least 1-2 seconds off with fine tuning and lines... I'm using the 190E I set up for last month's rival at Nurburg GP, so it's gearing is off as well as the suspension tune... Hopefully my 0:01:22.709 holds... Dunno if I'll have time to improve past that... Kudos to the Club though... You guys are setting some pretty damn fast times!!

He's at 1:22.032 and has been since Saturday, I believe. He also said he was going to improve on that.

Crap.... I guess I need to run some more!....

I just looked at the OP on the FM4 forums and saw that the poll said I voted for the superleggera... I didn't even get to vote at all.....

Tonight is it boys... I may split after the series race to work on this... I grabbed the top rated tune for the 190 off the SF last night... MY tune from last month just isn't cutting it... I need a little umph and I know I can gain 1-2 seconds....

Did he update his time? (I can't check from work.) Frank's garage car rocks! Ran a 1:20.997 clean and had a dirty lap that was a little faster. So, I've got a little wiggle room to improve but hopefully he's done. Like I said before, if he drops a sick time today with the deadline tomorrow morning, folks will be upset!

I don't think he updated it yet. I will have to try out frank's 190 in the garage. I haven't tried adding upgrades to lou's tune yet... I should try that too

If that's his final time, I don't think you guys are going to struggle. Once I switched to Frank's 190E I beat him fairly easily. And I am definitely an average Joe in this club for average Joes. I tried the M3Rocket tune too but think Frank's is better/faster.
