Should Beef be penalized -1 point each time he makes contact with some in the September series?

As most of you know, Beef has a bit of a problem with "incidental" (at least that's what he calls it 
) contact during our Series races. With the return of additional points for September, I've been thinking about providing him an incentive to get "better"... So here is the poll!

I am torn on this one.
If I vote now, I may be influenced by the last two races.
That being said, might I suggest he start with a +1 or 2. 5 seems high for random points. And no max deductions. He may strategize it better to just lose 5 and take the win.
No vote cast yet.
And if by cleanest driver as in he uses his car to scrub the paint off your car, I can agree with that.
