I don't know if this is available outside the US or how long it will last, but the Season Pass is half off ($15 instead of $30.) The tip I read is that it's only for today but I can't confirm. Pretty good deal if you didn't snag those first six months of car packs.

No, that's not part of the season pass. Just November through April car packs.
