Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
blue flagged cars ( cars being lapped) should go to the bottom of the track, just like in real left turn racing. Just tell them they are being lapped and watch em move out of the way.
except guys without mikes.

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
Yeah, we are going to have to be aware of where they are when they are lapping us. I would say that our usual "call out which side" rule will apply unless the move isn't called - then we would go with the person being lapped stays to the insideasus50x wrote:except guys without mikes.

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
What time is the Saturday race at now-a-days? I was on at 10pm but didn't see anyone else online! What about the other active sessions, which is the most popular day/time?

Saturday at 10:00 eastern time is the standard. We had 8 people on last night, and it was completely insane. I will be running my race for next week (GT) on wednesday at 10:00 if you would like to join up and get a feel for what the series is like

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
I grabbed some photos from last night's lobby. This isn't quite all of the ones that I took, but I ran out of room on my storefront and forgot to post the other ones...
This next one shows how close the race for third was at Sunset. The 3 of us finished within .08 seconds of each other:
I am going to hold off on posting results until it is decided if we will have a make up session or not. If a decision to do a make up race isn't made by the end of monday, I will assume that we won't be doing one and I will post the results.

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
These are the pictures I got from Sunset Speedway:
So basically, Beef and Eric battled it out for a while. Then Wolfman went straight up the middle and won it. A really, Really close finish as Beef and I's last pictures prove.

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
I would be interested in doing a make-up race if anyone else needs to run. Either tomorrow night or Wed. would be good for me, but maybe Tue. if Beef is going to run his 'early' race Wed. If everyone already ran on Saturday that's fine, I'll just start getting ready for next week.

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
Wednesday is starting to look like I won't be able to make it. Here's the reason why:joekorn wrote:I would be interested in doing a make-up race if anyone else needs to run. My dad and I are going to pick this up around 6:30 central time on wednesday, and the drive back home takes 2 hours, so wednesday may be out of the picture for me. My dad and I are going to rebuild/modify this over the coming year, so I will post pictures and updates in a new thread once we get started.
As for a make up race, I may be able to do tuesday for both a make up race and my early race for next week. I will go with whatever time works best for you, joe

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
Nice GTO... The one thing I know for a fact that is an issue with them is front tires rubbing on the fender wells... I'm Jealous!!!
Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
We were actually looking for a WRX or a 350Z along with a couple others originally, but then the idea of the GTO came up and it sprung to the top of our "Most Wanted" list I am glad that we were able to get the car we wantedBiggLou55 wrote:Nice GTO... Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
I am in for both a makeup and the GT race on Tuesday as well
I love the goat Beef! Is it a 5.7 or 6.2? It was so depressing when they quit making them. I came really close to getting one about 5-6 years ago but the insurance for a young male with a few tickets was outlandish to say the least so I went with a Mustang GT instead.

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
Its a 5.7 and the guy has a cold air intake on it. He used to have other parts on it (I forget what they were other than an aluminum driveshaft), but he took them off and sold them to convert it mostly back to stock. It was actually a pretty smart move on his part because there was no way he would get as much money altogether by leaving those parts on.FraidKn0t wrote:I am in for both a makeup and the GT race on Tuesday as well

Nice....
I am using the following:
GT2 = #045 GT3-ASA
GT3 = #23 GT3 Cup
GT1 = #009 DBR9
GTS = #17 Zonda GR
I'm going to finish up my tuning and liveries tonight, but all 4 have decent base tunes and basic liveries already...

Re: FM4 U2SC Championship
my list:
GT2: #2 BMW M3 GTR
GT3: #54 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup
GT1: #15 Maserati MC12
GTS: #43 McLaren F1 GTR
They were all cars that I currently had in my garage (most were already tuned), so I didn't take too much time to prepare
