Endurance Series

Here is my new version for the Endurance Series I hope everything is a bit easier with the changes I made together with Lou.

[b]Series Points:[/b] 24 20 18 14 12 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0

[b]Series Championship:[/b] Driver R3 & S + Team

[b]Series Race length:[/b] 1:15 hour / 2 mandatory Pit stops
[b]Series Qualifying length:[/b] 15 min

[b]Series Races:[/b] 1. LeMans (new) 2. Sebring Full 3. Catalunya Full 4. Road America

[b]Race Points:[/b] Driver Points: The driver with the most KMs/Miles wins. Points will be added for the driver and the team.

Team Points: The number of driven KMs/Miles from both drivers will be added. These points are for the team championship.

[b]Race Decision:[/b] If two teams/driver have the same number of KMs/Miles the position in the race decides.


1. Setting up the teams

Just post for which manufacturer you want to drive and we will see who joins you.


2. Series Rules

The Series will have 2 cars pro Team/Manufacturer 1 in Class R3 and 1 in Class S.

All cars must have all tuning options available therefore all Platform and handling parts needs to be race except the roll cage.
The Drivetrain will be the same everything needs to be converted to race, adjustable Aero must be installed. The engine can be modded how you want it to be, turbos
can be installed but no other engines.

All cars use Race tires. In Class R3 there are 4 exceptions these cars must use Drag tires to get to class R3 they are available if someone wants
them and race with drags against race tires. Rims are free to choose and the tire width are also free.

All R3 and S Cars must be RWD.

There will be 2 weeks of testing before the first race.
After the series you can choose a new manufacturer. (alone or as a team)

Dodge is still available.

The cars in Class R3 are fix class S are sugesstions, each Team can be chosen only once and both team members must drive the car the whole series.
It would be nice if every team uses a team paint.

Just post the team, class and later (if you want to test) the car you want. When the races take place is not yet decided. I hope for some good suggestions.

This is gonna be a fun one!! I'll take the seat in the S-Class Viper.... Haven't spent any time in them, but I've been wanting to. This gives me a great reason!

OMG.. I love this 2008 Viper SRT10 ACR, and I've only put a base tune on it!!!! I can only imagine what it will be like once I dial it in! I'm glad I chose Dodge!!!

Id like to drive the Ferrari 430. Love that car but after driving this old M5, makes me wonder how the new one is....

Would love to get in on this, was thinking of starting one myself. What days/times you planning on running the races?

I wouldnt mind driving the new bmw M5

I would love to race for team subaru. I'll use the '08 impreza STI

First I want to see if we get a few teams full. Then we will find out when to race, all I can say now is that we don't collide with the monthly series and other races.

I think your scoring is a tad shaky, if your in second to last you will actually get more points if you drop back to last just before the end, providing theres a full 16

If Marm will have me, I'll jump on team Porsche

I will delete the bonus points then it should be ok.

Marm and Viper which team will you take if we start before the Porsche release? Who will start in R3?

That's kind of funny, since you were all gungho for Drag tires in the April Series!

I wasn't gung ho about it. I just suggested it since we wanted to implement pitting. I figure these tires wear out, therefore, it would force people to pit.

I'll jump in the S class..hopefully there will be a GT3 RS landing in that class....since the GT Vette, Ferrari and BMW land in R3, it would make sense.

Ford...I already have an S class GT, so just a matter of tweaking and tuning.

Whatever happened with this guys? Did it die? I would be interested in doing this too. Just not sure what team I would join up with. I would probably either just join Beef or Rambo to complete a team.

The good news is, we have now waited long enough, that the Porsche pack will most certainly be out before we get going, so Marm and I are back in for Porsche

Only 3 teams are full and 2 teams need a R3 driver. I thought there would be a bit more interest in a long race series. I really hope some more will take part in this.

I will be gone for most of June, beginning next Sunday, but I can participate after that. I don't particularly want to sign up for Ferrari or Subaru though. Nothing personal guys! Can I start a new team in hopes that someone else will join in? Sign me up for Lotus (either class) if that's possible. When are you planning to hold the first race?
