The MSA TORA GT Championship kicks off soon at Silverstone International Circuit. A huge prize is up for grabs this season, and more than one hundred racers have signed up. Who will come out on top at the end of the first round is anyone’s guess.

Check out this top notch promotional video highlighting some of the top competitors in the MSA Tora GT Championship. There are some sweet cars and beautiful liveries.

ISCC America (Season 4)
TORA is also offering their version of the American Le Mans Series and it starts in less than three weeks. With four classes available this season and with the frantic nature of multi-class racing anything can happen on the track, so why not throw yourself into the mix?

Season 4 starts July 29th at Sebring. Check out the TORA site for all the details.

This was featured in last week'd RVM (HERE, and it got me thinking. Should U2SC sponsor a team? We have some really good drivers in the club (Mark, Viagra, Magic, JGoodman, Chaos, and a few others including some of the new quys), and I know that some of you live for R-Class racing....

Here's what I don't know... Is this a FM4 Club that allows others outside the club to race as a team, or is this just an online group and governing body for online races... or both...

Here is my pitch.... If we are able to do it, we have a 3-driver U2SC Club Team for the upcoming ISCC America Series (CLICK HERE.. We leverage the combined painting and tuning talents of the club to support the drivers with U2SC themed liveries and top notch tunes....

Here are the Rules: http://www.theonlineracingassociation.com/msa-iscc-rules.html
Here are the Specs: http://www.theonlineracingassociation.com/msa-iscc-car-specs.html

Before we did any deeper and start asking questions of the TORA team, let's see what level of interest there is. Just a note, the first race of the ISCC America series is set for July 29, so we will need to act VERY fast!

Thoughts?

it kinda depends on what day it is that determines whether or not I can make the race, but it would be fun if I can

That really does depend on time and day, I would love to do that and whoop some ass. But I move into my new house on the 28th. I'm 110% sure I can be on and racing, I just need some backup.

if we get enough people, we can try to sign up 2 teams. My suggestion is we stack one of the teams with our best 3 drivers to get our name out there and the other 3 drivers would make up the other team. we should be able to compete in this. one of the teams could U2SC Performance and the other could be U2SC Racing or something like that

I wanted to join up on VM and TORA for a while now actually but going in as a privateer alone seemed kinda intimidating. I wouldn't mind doing this as long as I could make the races!

Well... Let me check in with both and we'll see what the details are... If we can field a team, we will.... I know that I'd be happy to do some tuning, and I know several of the painters work up liveries... If we have enough, we could do two teams or 1 team in each.... Very Happy

Dude, it looks amazing and awesome. But i think there is to much going on, they have so many rules and different things going on at a time. It seems sophisticated but fun, idk i feel like its a huge aspect of everything to take on.

Well.... I will do some inquiries... Maybe we can make the next season... With summer in full swing, back to school around the corner, etc., maybe it better to hold and wait for the next set of races they host...
