I'm really looking forward to Canada this weekend. Have you been to a race? I live in South Africa, so the nearest circuit to me is either Brazil or Australia I'm a big McLaren fan since childhood when they had the red and white Marlboro liveries, but started watching in earnest in 2003 (I've missed maybe 2 or 3 races at most). I'm glad to meet another F1 fan - even if you are utterly misguided in your support

From the looks of it Shin, I think you'll fit in rather well here. LOL
I've been a fan of F1 since Jacques Villeneuve went over. So, I became a Williams fan. Read the headlines of Hill vs Schumacher. Those were always a joy. Paid some attention to the politics (that's always entertaining) and cheered on Newey. That move still doesn't make any sense to me. What was Frank Williams thinking when he let Newey go? Then Newey wins at McLaren. I'm sure Dennis didn't want to let Newey go.
I thought Toyota would make a run at it after they hired Gascoyne. Guess that didn't pan out. Guess it was more Alonso winning it than Gasco's design.
These days however, I don't get to watch races. All I can do is read about 'em. My kids won't let me watch F1. Although my daughter seems ok to watch it.

ha i have over $400 in merch from RBR. And ive been to Montreal the past 2 years, and went to Melbourne this year and 2 years ago. Already got my PSL for Texas (Circuit of the americas) and i have like a grand set aside for next years race track in New Jersey.
We should play some time. WE can BS about F1. I love Button, and i hate Hamilton with a passion. I think Jenson's drive last year in Canada, was one of the most AMAZING drives in racing history.

Haha, I have to admit. When I go to mid Ohio or Waterford, well almost any track and I wear my red bull jacket, people ask me how I got it, and I tell them I'm sponsored by red bull. Haha

Re: Say Hi and Introduce yourself!
Hi, everyone.
I'm Jason, just signed up for the forums after reading through the FM4 forum thread and looking around the forums here. Looks like a good group that I'd like to be a part of, as I'm not a great racer but I make every effort to remain clean. I'm more of a painter, so I've no problem with sitting in the back, learning a track, and looking pretty.
I'll definitely be signing up for the June races; I'm perfectly OK with joining whichever team needs people.

Welcome Jason. Either send a request through the game to join the club (call sign "U2SC" - don't think it's case sensitive) or send a Friend request to anybody you see on here and they'll send you an invite.
Hope you enjoy your stay and have fun racing with us. Hopefully you're not too fast that you'll be hotlapping.

Haha yeah buddy, here I am (again lol.) After the fiasco with two weeks ago with not being able to connect, I honestly lost interest for the final week because I never ran week #4. So I decided to get a few other things done in the process, just having a tough time making time for xbox lately, some nights I need to just sit around and watch baseball, others I am running around like a mad man. But I hope this month I will be around for plenty of and hope to help Italy with victories!!

After the last hiatus, I figured you were still around... Drive when you can brutha, and it doesn't matter if you miss a week here and there... It's just a game!

Yeah I know, thanks for understanding, but at the same time this is my only racing I get to do since I don't autocross anymore so I need to keep up on it. If I get too into the "it's only a game" then I'll come up with too many reasons as to why I'm too busy to play. But we will see what happens, the next year is going to be nuts for me. This friday will be one year exactly until I take the plunge with the Fancy (as my dad likes it call it). Plus I have two or three other weddings to attend as well as planning my own. My company is finally starting to grow and we are literally about to double in size and I need to find ways to get out of debt and into a house (we still live with our parents, but as you guys know we switch off houses every couple nights) ASAP, although I really don't see it happening unti Spring of 2014 . So not necessarily alot actually happening at night, just a lot on the mind. But I will make sure the club stays towards the top of my list!!!

Ok... So the "it's only a game" part was targeted your excuse for missing Week #4 and #5.... Just cause you miss a week doesn't meant the series is over for ya!

Does anybody know if swviper rejoined the club yet?
